I still have the 2004 GMC. Been through an Accord V6 Coupe, Rav4 AWD, and now Colorado Z71. Most of my mods now are functional to help us on our road trips. Plan to add a bed cover and liner, maybe airbags on the rear and better all terrain tires.

Have you guys seen the new Lincoln Continentals? I'm not even remotely a car guy (more of a Ford truck or van guy to be honest), but I actually want a car for the first time in my life.

A class act car.

I have long held there is something special about a black Lincoln full size.

It looks like it was transported here from an alternate reality where the big awesome cars never became uneconomical.

You are lucky to do 40 miles an hour in this but it makes me smile like an idiot to drive.
When summer comes around I will pop the doors off fully.

The front has been converted from the original series2 style to a defender.

Dyno'ed at 288 wheel HP, 309 wheel ft-lbs torque.

If you like to hear turbo whistle, here's the dyno pull:

Total sleeper, cheap, crazy fun to drive car. It tries to kill you every time you mash the throttle around town because of the torque steer.

Mods:
  • just installed front mount intercooler to keep the summer stop light heat soak down (hot southern california)
  • intake, exhaust, fuel pump
  • 3rd gen RX-7 wheels
  • some suspension upgrades
  • android auto stereo (love it)

Stock car sitting on function form type 1. Arguably Honda’s finest 4 cylinder motor. Planning to break into the 300ks.

Mileage: 213k
Color: Blue
Title: Clean
Engine: K20a2
Transmission: Stage 1 Exedy Clutch

“ Food for thought: I was pissed that the oil filter was on too tight yesterday and the clamps are a pain to use due to the limited space. Wish there was a pad, thin like napkins that can grip it easily. Ha! hello sand paper”

2012 Subaru WRX Hatchback Limited

2.5L 4-Cylinder engine with ~270 hp, 5 speed manual.

I've purposely kept this car pretty close to stock as it's super hard to find one in good condition, lower miles and without a history of mods (like mine). I've just added a few mods, mostly aesthetic like window tints, light vinyl overlays, black rims, mud flaps. At some point, I had added exhaust tips to hear that boxer engine rumble... but it was pretty loud within the car when driving, especially the backseat, so those are now gone.

As promised... here's my new baby :) Picked her up 3 days ago. 2020 Range Rover Sport SVR - factory ordered according to my specs.

The feeling is so surreal... it all started with a kid and a dream.

I finally did a sensible thing in my car purchase history: Sold the Stinger.
Got rid of a $43K debt and bought a 2013 Camry LE (2.5L 4cyl) (car debt remaining: $9500). Car has 107K miles on it.
I always disliked white cars... I'm slowly getting used to it.

I went from $801/mo in car expenses to $270/mo. Since I do not use a car for the business, all those expenses were totally useless business-wise.

Putting the extra $500/mo aside to invest in ideas.

2005 s2000 with no mods. Have owned it for almost 10 years with no plans to sell it. Will be getting a family car once I have a kid but this one is paid off. It offers far too much joy to sell.
