I use RamNode, I pay $10 a month for a unmanaged VPS...But you need to set up the server your self. I use CentOS Web Panel, all pretty straight forward. Price is a great, support is great, its a small company so their customer service is on point, they also have an IRC chat with active members...But like said its unmanaged you need to set everything up. I used servermom.org to start with VPS tutorials. - Patience is needed, but personally I love it. You get more bang for your buck and you learn how to run a server, win win, for me atleast.
