I would like to ask everyone questions.
1. What is your biggest challenge / obstacle in 2008?
2. How do you plan to conquer that?
Personally, my biggest challenge for 2008 is to target the right customers / niche (increase conversion rate), who is willing to pay for high profit margin products.
I am planning to target a specific group of people (niche), who is willing to pay for the products that I am selling. Those people may not be found easily, but they have more buying power. In order to do so, I need to penetrate into the niche with right people.
1. Give away free product to people who has good exposure and contacts in the niche.
2. Give commission to the people who refer other customers
3. Sponsor the social event in their niche. It may costs me a lot more. Need to calculate the ROI.
Does that sound practical? Thanks!
