I'm setting up a survey for aussie uni students to research a business idea, what would be the best way to attract an audience to fill out the survey?

I was thinking Facebook ads, or maybe just go with the survey monkey target audience finder?

Advice is much appreciated,

Cheers.

Is it possible for you to physically get on campuses and survey the students? Sometimes you can uncover a lot more if you talk to people in person.

If not, you can probably contact club organizers and see if they would like to fundraise for future events by having their members fill out the survey. You can also post in public facebook groups and see whether you can ask them to fill out your survey for a chance to win something. I don't know what your business idea is but try to be professional in your message and possibly explain how their answers would assist in creating a business that could help them back in someway. You can ask any of your friends that go to the uni and see if they will help you by asking their own friends. Similarly, you can find an influencer on fb or twitter to promote your survey sweepstakes. Or you can directly ask people nicely in your demographic by private messaging them on social networks and maybe they'll be helpful. You can also try google survey but the targeting might not be specific.
