Hey! 
I'm own a website that is getting a decent amount of unique visitors per month, about 2 million.
I'm currently trying to sell banner space to small-medium businesses. The thing is, CMOs seem to not be interested in this kind of advertising anymore. What do you think about banner advertising, is it dead?
Another big problem I'm really struggling with leads.
What I mainly do right now is contact businesses who advertise on the radio, that's about it, so my lead-generation process is really slow.
I would really love it if you could share some creative ideas, of how I could make a decent list of leads I can contact.
