Because I run SERPWoo, I can tell you there was an algo update at Google EOM July.

Have you ever thought that instead of being banned on Medium, that maybe Medium's listings on Google changed? Meaning the traffic Medium gets from Google went down, impacting your traffic?

So it seems they did suspend the account, although accidentally.

Irregardless, I think I will delete our Medium.com account and focus exclusively on publishing content to domains we own from now on. I made a point several years ago of buying high value domains specifically for the purpose of putting up ultra high quality content & functionality. I explain them all in my branding post, which should be published soon.

Traffic stats are nice, but I need to focus on translating that into real business growth.

It's great (the killer feature is the little webcam image thing in the bottom left). Would be good if it uploaded directly to Youtube though!
