My name is Ayoub, I’m a freelance web designer based in Bordeaux, France.
I originally joined the forum back in 2022 after discovering TMFL in a bookstore. At the time I had to focus on my bachelor degree and stepped away for a while, but the ideas stayed with me. Now I’m back and putting my focus into building something real.
Over the past few years I’ve been working with small local businesses and recently started leaning more into the automotive niche, building websites aimed at generating real clients rather than just looking good. One of my recent projects helped a local car body shop generate new leads through their site, which pushed me to take this path more seriously.
My long-term goal is to grow from smaller projects into larger, higher-impact work while continuously improving my skills and building something that can scale beyond simple freelance work.
One of my current challenges is outreach. I started with cold email, tested different approaches, and recently shifted more toward cold calls where I’ve seen better engagement. Still refining the process and learning what works.
Looking forward to learning from other builders here and contributing as I go.
