Your first offer, even the one someone buys at first, will likely suck.
You're likely going to make a few people unhappy at the start.

A startup business is antifragile (gains from disorder), only if you view it that way. If you don't, you'll quit.
It is virtually impossible for you to predict the good, that only comes from a state of temporary disorder.
