I have a question: What's CENTS (next) for me? I have "ECST" figured, but need to vary my thinking on the "N" part.

Right now I have a System in search of a niche. On one hand, I already do have a target niche market. On the other, I must find another niche to exploit with the same System. I can already assume that there's a need for what I've got to offer, but what's hard is tapping into the existing market. Therefore, I'm staying open to the idea that the system I created for one niche can be applied to another, larger market niche, one that is more clearly identifiable to the masses.

I will be able to tap into the original niche after I've learned how to penetrate a more clearly identifiable, larger one. Both of which should obtain leads via a website and a lead magnet.

The first thing I need to do is generate leads to drum up business. (Make ONE sale!) I want to do this via the website I've created.

The system I've developed is a combination of a Computer system, a Human Resource system, and a Subscription Service.

The HR system will evolve as I automate the whole system. But the HR system is only required if I can find explosive growth. Well, then I've got the problem I want, haven't I? Until then, I AM the HR system. I fill all the roles myself. These roles have been written out on paper and I've created a distinction between them which will allow me to outsource / offload some of the work, beginning with the work that occupies most of my time. I will scale accordingly.

I intend for the leads to come from a website that offers a "lead magnet" in the form of a How-To PDF. The people I'm after don't need to go through this How-To more than once or twice to see that it's a good method. I expect that the people who only need to use my "secret" once or twice are NOT my target audience. Instead, I expect to be receiving requests to do work FOR them because they have HUNDREDS of "pain points" rather than just that one or ten. Thus, my leads become billable work for my HR system -- me. Low overhead.

I'm currently using a crappy-looking, adequately functional website, and I need to develop it further. I haven't pulled any traffic to it, but it's not invisible. At least a handful of visitors have found it. (OK, just one or two really. In a month.) But I'm Dr. Frankenstein now, and I need to reel it up to where the lightning can reach it. I need to pull in a storm of traffic. IOW, I'd like to apply my System to a niche where traffic EXISTS already. This is what we learn from TMF and the Gold threads, is it not?

I recently built my System for a former client, someone who's been of interest to TMZ in the past. A little research shows that TMZ likes to point out when rich celebrities get slammed with a small claim because they decided to stiff their contractor, their assistant, or their tailor on a bill. I've got proof that the work I did for this "celebrity" was completely legitimate, while she is content to think that what I'm asking for is "extortion" money. Yeh, not so wise.

If there was a way to pull in a heap of traffic all at once, then I should do it, right? So as soon as the time is right, I will file a claim at the small claims court, which will put my name and this celebrity's name into a court document. Once the claim can be viewed over the Internet, I'll write a press release for TMZ or whoever.

I am assuming the premise exists where B-grade celebrities like to know what is happening to other B-grade celebrities. And if my ex-client used my services to assist her with some copyright infringement stuff or defamation of character articles in the past, then maybe others will look me up too. I had been working with her for ten months before she stiffed me on the last invoice, so I must have been doing something right all along, right?

The bottom line is that the time required to follow my How-To for a result, multiplied by a hundred results, is a week or more (e.g. 30 minutes per result). My System shortens that time down to about an hour (e.g. 100 results per hour). An important point.

I have a product. I need traffic. What do you think of my prospects, based on what I've thought of so far? The trouble with this plan is that it's relying on the press release, and B-grade celebrities googling themselves, etc. And that's not going to expand quickly enough.

What I'd like to do is change my angle. I'd like to re-evaluate the features of my System as it might pertain to other niches.

What can I do with a system that looks up images or articles on the web, and then contacts domain owners for their removal or some other action? I now have one niche that can be scaled by Magnitude (celebrities), but I'm searching for something else which can adhere to the Law of Effection, and be directed to the masses.

My plan for the moment is:

- brainstorm how to apply my System to any other niche.
- file the small claim against my ex-client, the B-grade celebrity
- improve the appearance of my website to become a proper landing page
- improve the copywriting on the website currently geared towards celebrities
- learn how to write a press release
- learn how to measure website statistics correctly
- oh, and I need to actually write the how-to pdf
