Anyone a NYS real estate salesperson? need tadvice

Hi All,
I'm interesting in taking the NYS real estate salesperson 75 hour course, but to get the license you need to be sponsored by a NYS RE broker. How do you get sponsorship and what does it entail???

I don't work in RE. I'm trying to get the license to get experience. I don't know any brokers.

approach a real estate office and ask for their office or sales manager. They just might offer to pay for the course and license as they do in NJ.

Contact bflbob here, he lives and invest in New York State. He *may* be able to help you.

Any broker will sponser you, thats what they do.


IMHO Re/Max is the best along with Sotheby's. Work with the best!
