Recently spared from mass company layoff but triggered a gut feeling about an idea for local business that appears to be a can't miss.
I've been doing the systems/product analyst job for 15+ years and the best part of my job was that I got to just sit back and listen to new or enhanced system capability proposals. I would basically provide my analysis as to why it would or would not work. Call out gaps and impacts which needed to he addressed if approved to move forward. I avoided any funding or technical discussions, just explained how something needed to work for the intended user.
Now, that I see a potential to start something on my own, I see all the reasons it should work and I also see some challenges but nothing that cannot be solved for.
What I'm looking from my participation in this forum community is validation, input, mentorship and advice.
