Currently 25 years old with three years of experience working in the corporate world in tech sales, specifically focused in CPaaS (communications platform as a service) - all the companies i've worked for have helped organizations commmunicate with customers through various channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, chatbots, etc ...

Got laid off in August from my most recent job due to restructuring (a year and a half before that same thing happened at a different org) - job market is f*cked right now in tech so I decided to take my sales skill set and industry knowledge to sell AI powered chatbots that truly automate customer service. Been cold calling since yesterday to VP's of Customer Experience at companies with customer support agents and I booked a confirmed meeting with my first prospect on friday!

Going to obsess over how to run meetings with new customers and how to position myself until then ... will keep y'all posted :)
