I'm Emmanuel but also known as Dems. Am a web designer and UI/UX designer. I love designing applications and bringing ideas to reality.

I have been reading "The Millionaire Fastlane " for a while now and I decided to join the community to meet like mind individuals and grow.

I love the tech industry as it provides a lot of opportunities for people in any age category.

My goal is to really scale up from just being a Designer to a Tech Entrepreneur.

Becareful of Tech, your best bet is to create a moat product that gives you leverage. Layoffs are the rise. Competition is very fierce at the moment. Employees or people who are employed need to always skill up and never stagnate.

Also create a network of tech people on Twitter, create a YouTube Channel. Diversify your efforts. If such occurrence of a layoff were arise you are set to reach out to people.

Always get certs, but never stay complacent. Always be hungry for more and climb the later. Also work on other hustles on the side, never publicly mention then stay silent. Companies don't really like you doing any outside activity.

If anything in Tech, you really need to identify who you are helping, the pain points you are trying to solve, and then to create a product around it that's a moat. Something that someone can't copy easily or code on the fly. Strength your pricing, find value skews you can exploit and attack with that is relative to your market (other products created similar to yours). Also do a TAM up approach. How big is your market? How many end users can you serve in that market? Or if B2B how many companies are there? Don't go for FAD markets that die. Go for old markets where the market size is high billions to trillions.
