I am Gael and I am an indie game developer working in my own indie game.
After reading TMF , I started to think about ideas to fund my game while working on it, that don't rely on having a publisher or crowdfunding.
One of these ideas if to create a platform where gamers and indie developers can talk directly.
The number one problem of most indie developers is that they don't validate their game idea before they start making it, and that is why they usually flop.
This platform would try to remedy this problem by giving gamers a space where they can discuss what sort of game they would like to play that don't exits, and where indie devs can explain their game idea to potential players before they start making them to see it there is interest.
The idea in theory could work really well, but to implemented I need to do more research:

- Do you know of any similar platform out there (perhaps in a different niche/area) I can take a look at to get ideas?
- What sort of platform would be better suited for something like this (forum, etc)
