In todays Instagram World of 2021, how do you safely grow your Instagram account with alot of Followers without getting Permanently Banned or Shadow Banned. Alot of people recommend "Buying Followers" or using Third Party Service Applications that Automatically Gain you Followers, but I have been reading that with the new Instagram Algorithm you can easily be Perma Banned or Shadow Banned for doing "Too Much". What is a safe Strategy/Tactic to grow your Instagram safely avoiding getting banned? Does anyone know the daily limitations on each action a regular Instagram Account can Perform in a 24 hour basis?

How many post per day should you be completing?

Where should you be researching Instagram Hashtags for your Niche? How many Maximum Hashtags should you be including in your post?: 30?, 25?, 20?, 15, 10?
