I am looking for a brand name for a sports apparel company (will also include yoga stuff) to sell some branded products under

Rules:

#1 - The name can't be trademarked. I will check this myself. It's fine if the domain name is not available.
#2 - PREFERABLY - The name should signify something about the company. (never give up, constant improvement, etc..).


The name can be a translation into other languages. For example I originally wanted to call it "Kaizen Athletics" (Kaizen means continuous improvement in japanese) but that name is already trademarked

If I decide to use your name, you get $100

How can you create a design brand without having the name and logo?

I like this, although I'm wondering if it may be difficult to say or sound weird. What does everyone else think of this?

As far as what it's being used for. It will be an umbrella brand name for athletic related apparel like crossfit shirts, yoga mats, etc.. This is why I want something more general, so any type of sports related items can fit under the brand name.

If you have to define your name because you aren't 100% sure everyone will understand it, I'd choose a different name.

While companies do get away with really odd, stupid, weird, and original names (Amazon, Google, Nike, etc...) it is far, far, far easier to just pick something 100% of your audience will understand like "Play Hard Fitness" where the name you choose describes the business it relates to.

Did you register a trademark? There are other companies that use the word "tight" in their trademarks to sell apparel. I'm trying to avoid trademark oppositions and future lawsuits by having something completely generic like that.

A brand has an atmosphere, it's alive and has a definite mood. It can be portrayed many different ways including visuals, sounds, feelings etc. I'd suggest you seek pro help with branding if you are serious about breaking into the fitness-gear industry.
