I launched Wemersion®, an immersive coaching concept that combines individual and group support, cold water immersion, and physical tools like a planner, coaching cards.
I have structured my offer, built a website, created products, and started a media presence. I’m looking for feedback on how clear my positioning is, whether my products are relevant, and any ideas to help me grow faster. Thanks for your insights!
Here’s what I have done so far:
I created a clear brand identity with a logo and website. I developed and finished my first two coaching products: the Wemersion planner and coaching cards. I built some social media presence, mostly on Instagram where I get followers when I run paid ads. I set up my immersive coaching approach mixing cold water immersion, psychology, and personal growth tools. I started creating meaningful content, podcasts. I also made organizational systems to help me stay productive and focused which consist of Obsidian+AI.
Here’s what’s left to do:
- I need to convert followers and content viewers into paying clients.
- Get clients from more sources, so I’m not relying only on social media or ads.
- Earn income from my products. I want to develop group cold bath therapy sessions combined with coaching as a main immersive offer.
- Increase brand awareness and find partnerships or channels to reach entrepreneurs, couples, and groups better.
- Make the English website for foreign clients and targeted to cold bath and exclusive experience around Monaco.
- SEO for both websites.
What I have:
- Followers on Instagram mostly from paid ads.
- Well-structured website
- 2 ready-to-launch products (1 laucnhed, 1 needs some adjustments and printing - I will print on demand), and a unique coaching approach that sets Wemersion apart.
What I want: clients from different sources, not just social media. I also want to finish my book about my coaching perspective, the challenges between my daughter and me. I’m looking for clear strategies to turn awareness into sales. I want advice on marketing, positioning, partnerships, and feedback on how users experience my products — like packaging, onboarding, and keeping clients engaged.
