Hello all! Finishing up the Millionaire Fastlane and am looking forward to diving into Unscripted next. I am currently a business owner of a screenprinting/decorating b2b and broker everything. I am looking to potentially franchise my idea and am working on the plan while I am learning more about the needs, pain points of business owners who order apparel for their companies or sell retail.

Hello Katie

This fellow knows all about Franchising. @Walter Hay

If you hunt through his threads and posts you will see what I mean - there are rather a lot :)

Dan
Thanks Dan. Yes Katie, I can help with preparing to set up a franchise system. I am not saying I would act as a developer for you, but I can steer you in the right direction and help you avoid mistakes.

I have made many posts on the subject as @Stargazer has mentioned, but the first one I would refer you to is:

Rapid Scaling a business by franchising

I suggest this one because in the first post in that thread I show the whole of Chapter 9 of my book which has all the information you need to decide whether your business is suitable for franchising.

Once you are confident that you meet those requirements you can get moving. There is a lot to learn and you can ask me anything on the subject in that thread.

Walter
