You know what C.oved, these riots, and all the people on social media going insane has reinforced to me.
That you either have power or you are just part of the game.
Let's get one thing straight. I believe the virus is real. I believe what happened to Floyd is terrible. But here is a undeniable/undebatable fact. The same tiny group of men, all white BTW, own all of the media. Last I checked 4-6 companies own ALL the media. 3 men own all social media. (Zuck, Google Boys,
Dorsey)
Here's another fact. If this small group of white men didn't want the virus to be a thing or the terrible thing that happened to Floyd to be a thing...it wouldn't be a thing. So the question is : What is their intent.
Seriously, as of a week ago we were being told Cvid would kill us all. AKA it was a thing. In the span of DAYS its no longer even relevant to the media. AKA they made it not a thing and made something else a thing.
Does this mean C-vid and the tragedy of Floyd arn't real? no.
What it does mean is that the things we are fighting over, afraid of and freaking out over are picked for us by this group of men and presented to us in a certain way to create a certain affect. AKA they can present the world in any way they choose.
Again if your on the fence about that Cvid literally just went from being a justification to ruin the entire economy, something you should be SHAMED for not fearing to something that is borderline irrelevant. In fact people are being actively told to ignore it and that protesting is more important.
AKA a issue picked for us and presented in a certain way to get a certain affect.
I think what happened to Floyd is horrible, I also know it will disappear completely as soon as the election is over..which is double horrible.
But why would they do this? I have no clue. I just know that they are doing it with intent and there are other big players trying to counter them.
We however, are caught right in the middle. It's like they are life guards at wet and wild fighting over the controls to a wave pool and WE are in the wave pool.
And simple fact is, you either have power or your part of the game. Fight, scream, protest, yell on FB, it's totally in vain.
What's the intent of the fighting and screaming though?
Well, at the core all of it is based around "how does this affect me, my values and people I care about".
The fighting, protesting, Twitter wars is an attempt to influence the world in a way that best suits you.
However its again in vain because the world we see is not the world that is. The world we see is what is presented to us by a tiny tiny tiny group of white men.
(FYI : I keep saying white men, not in the current political way, but because you need to realize all this crazy racial stuff going on...it's coming from a white guy. Why would a white guy stir up racial turmoil. Well...to hurt other hyper powerful white guys.
These guys aren't doing this for equality or because they "care". The fact that anyone thinks these WHITE guys pushing all this racial stuff are on THEIR races side is nuts.)
So what did this enforce to me. Simple.
There is only 1 way to make sure the world works in your favor, reflects your values and that the people you care about are taken care of.
Have power.
There zero point to pay attention to what's going on in the wave pool. There's zero point to fighting with the people in the wave pool. It's ALL an illusion with some intent.
You should just be silent, ignore the illusion and the people participating in it completely. Then focus all your energy on gaining enough power either to
A) Be immune to the illusion (aka so wealthy you can't be affected...aka all the people in beverly hills behind gates with security who can move anywhere in the world on a dime)
B) Affect the illusion (aka so wealthy and powerful and politically connected that you can start playing with the wave pool controls too)
That's it. Or you can just give zero F*cks and accept what the illusion gives you and roll with it.
But fighting the illusion, screaming at others about, getting upset...it's pointless. That's like Super Mario thinking if he beats King Koopa he will some how have control over the video game. No. That's just part of the game.
This is why I have muted all social media and don't watch any news. I don't want to be part of the game. I want to be immune to it.
I can't solve the problems being shown to us or influence them. I won't even try to because the guys in charge change the problem as soon as it doesn't suit them.
Instead I am going to simply build and build and build and build and build so that myself and the people I care about (my family and team at HYROS) are immune to the illusion.
That's it. Scream, claw, fight..You won't have any impact on the world you see because the world you see
isn't the world that is, it's the world chosen for you to see by 8 guys.
Be quiet and build.

-I believe coved is real
-What happened to Floyd and has happened to black Americans is TERRIBLE
-I support protest
-I think the looters and rioters are filth and should dealt with harshly
BUT what I think doesn't really matter and talking about it is pointless. There will be something else to be upset about or fear in 2 months.
What metric will we be looking at?
