I am 5'10 and have always been between 170-180 my whole life. Thinking this is the max range I can be has been limiting. I am tired of not being big. My goal is to be 200 lbs 9% body fat by the time I am 27. Defintely possible if I believe but it is something I will have to consistently work towards. This will be my journey if anyone wants to watch.

Be sure to focus on the process rather than the result.
Eat right, figure out your macro's, get a good routine and be consistant about all of it.
Instead of worrying about when you're 27 worry about whats going on now. Get stronger on your lifts each session and your muscles will slowly start looking more and more defined.

Do Startign Strength or StrongLifts for 3 months. They're both 5x5.

I loved strong lifts 5x5! Did it for two years straight, before moving on to some wacky 2 sets of 2 exercises (deads and side presses) routine by a Russian guy.

Over the years, I realized that being lean is far better because you get other perks like better jawline.

I chose the two Lean and Natural. Easy to do when you are Keto

What's your current bf%?

An additional 30+lbs in a few years requires a good deal of commitment and dedication.

I'm just recently back in the gym after a 2 year layoff started by a shoulder injury and prolonged by excuses. I've dropped from 220-190. Goal is to push back to 220, then settle in around 245 or so. I'm 6'3.

I'll be running 1 test e only cycle initially @500mg for 10 weeks, followed up with a Test 500mg 15weeks/Deca 250mg 12 weeks and 50mg of dbol weeks 1-4/6 to kickstart the longer esters. I'm leaning towards a lower timeline for the oral dbol because of how bad orals are on the liver.

I imagine the general consensus here is anti-steroid, but if done properly and with constraint certain compounds can have great physical benefits that extend way further than the immediate strength or mass gains with minimal negative impacts.

It makes me laugh at how people say roids are bad while they scarf down pizza and booze every weekend

Probably you should get a personal trainer. You are at a different level compared to a 20 percent over fat dude who just started training. It is difficult to improve at your level without getting thins more intense and precise.

If you are going to do gear, might as well do it now. Fitness industry is time sensitive as hell. The earlier you make it to an aesthetic physique the better. The reason being is that most of your customers are going to be young guys. In order for them to relate to you, it is better if you are young. The closer you resemble your target demographic the better. If you are doing the influencer route or justify the cost of hitting your goal physique business wise.

I can pick up what you're dropping. I think it's still at the "Admit" stage where transparency is preferred. Once there's a movement to stop denying gear use from the top influencers, it will for sure snowball down...

Without saying too much; I went from 6ft, 165 bone dry 10% to 180 11%. Crazy lean gains. I'd rather not share and get into details on this thread, but PM me if you want to chat specifics.
