  1. Emotions are primal source of everything in us.
  2. Thinking is the effect of emotions.
  3. Action stands as an effect of thinking.
  4. Repeted action creates a habit.
  5. Sum of habits will create your future.
Conclusion: Get your emotions together and right. The rest will follow.

And best wishes :)

You must constantly be in a state of self-introspection.

Find your faults, fix them.

That is how I grow.

I don't know about that, a constant state of introspection leads to repeating faults. However, your way is good for you. I don't think we need to go find our faults we already know them. I do a Paradigm shift using neuroplasticity and other techniques.

Hi, thanks...I would say it's your thoughts then your words, which are thoughts expressed, then actions then all this makes habit then behavior then, one is in control. :) We can master our emotions by our feelings. feelings are the indicators of what emotion we are going through at a specific time. With the correct habits, emotions fall into place.

Habit makes the utilitarian thing im doing not require me to expend willpower energy.

Ex : have formed a habit of exercise / meditation (it feels "off" to not engage in this activity)

Mindset (perspective?) Could be seen as a way to supplement the willpower (the energy I will expend doing something that isn't yet habitual) , a great "keystone" piece of an overall mindset would be for instance "gratitude" ,

if youre grateful you'll be more inclined to easily get into a flow state / burn the midnight oil (or just come at your business dealings from a less selfish place which will help for obvious reasons since the whole point is getting paid to provide others value not for your own comfort)

Chicken or egg question.

What action can you take today that will move you toward your goal?

What belief do you need to be able to take that action?

Chicken or egg question.

You don't need any belief, you start where you are. Like this......"Is where I am at the moment where I want to be?" If the answer is no then action muist be taken, action breeds confiden ce, belief will follow with the achievement, even if its baby steps. How was Everest conquered? Baby steps, move forward, don't compare. The mooon and sun shine beautifully in their own time, thet need not compare to each other, also, never be a perfectionist, stop trying to be a perfectionist and you will delete fear of failure.

Glad it works for you, to me that sounds exhausting and self defeating. I only think of athletes who have the talent and work ethic but are too busy worrying about perfection and inevitably don't reach the level of those who can prepare and then let it flow when it counts. I think same applies to life and business.

Mindset is the why, habits are the how

Out of 100 athletes, each were asked if they were worried or nervous....every single one of them said.excited. Winners mentality. Always self introspection leads to always judging ones self I feel, but if it works do it :)

What is the most important to you in self growth, either teaching or for your own self...Habits or Mindset?
In my experience growth, habits, and mindset kind of merge into one while you're teaching. You grow through the process, forming habits while you execute, and you have to have the mindset to go through the process.

I would personally say mindset, but there is something about maintaining a good habit that gives momentum and builds the mindset.

Shower thought...

A good set of habits will cultivate a good mindset over time.

A good mindset won’t necessarily cultivate the good habits.

Or is it a feedback loop?

Mindset > Action > Habits > Mindset...

I agree with @NMdad that its a Chicken or egg question. Same as what @PizzaOnTheRoof said its a loop. Personally, cant really tell if one comes after the other. The only think I can say is we need BOTH to become successful.
