Which university in Silicon Valley should I choose?

So my question is, which university should I choose in Silicon Valley so that I can study business and IT technologies, but not to become a clerk?

If you can pull it off, Stanford. Not as much for the Computer Science education or design thinking/innovation training (since you can learn that in your own home, faster, for free vs. Having a $200K debt at the end of it), but because of the network - you’ll come out with dozens of contacts that if you play it well, can be co-founders with you; they’ll be equally ambitious and driven and you’ll have had the chance to see them working with others.

All other universities in the Valley don’t really come close to the power of that network (for the purposes of creating a career in the tech ecosystem). But as far as great universities in California, UC Berkeley (still close-ish to Silicon Valley) would be my second recommendation and then all others Universities in the UC system (UCLA, Davis, SB).

Of course there are other universities outside California with as much or more potential for value accruing through a network, like MIT, Kellogg, and the Ivy League ones (and many, many more), but brother, if you can pull off living in California for 4 years, you won’t regret it.

You might regret the horrific taxes (and their impact on wealth creation) and the echo chamber mentality of many in the valley, depending on your value system and ability to operate in that environment. But to each their own.

I agree with the first comment to the OP post, this is not a forum specialized in finding what university you should go to; you come here to learn skills to create value and derive wealth from said value. That’s a separate game from academic credentialing. Both are valid depending on what what your goals are of course. Many graduates of Stanford and other (most?) universities in the US don’t go out and create massive wealth; although some do.
Most graduates go on to have OK or very well paid jobs, and have learned some skills to climb the corporate ladder for 30 years working for the man... I have 2 books I’d like to recommend you to escape that trap

PS. If you’re wondering why I have the above point of view: I’ve lived in California and worked close to, and within, the Silicon Valley ecosystem for many years. I do not have a US college degree (mine is from a European University) but I have worked with hundreds of CA-educated employees and from other Universities.
