Wonder if this page can be gamified ... what if your ONE THING is worth 50pts, the PRIMARIES 10, and the SECONDARY 5 pts? The objective is to get 100's everyday.

Is this something ya'll be interested in?

I'm asking because I have to send off another order for a reprint, now is the time to make tweaks or changes. (Only thing that changed is the "apart" typo).

I tried gamifying the kaizen spreadsheet last year but I ended up making it over-complicated.

I think gamification works best if you have a reward system and social accountability. If you had a public tracker or leaderboard where people checked in that would be cool.

If it's just a personal game then I wouldn't care for the points and I would just focus on a Kaizen "don't break the chain" streak, probably for doing my ONE THING.

That actually reminds me I should listen to that book again...

I like the idea of trying to hit 100 points each day - I think that's rewarding enough to make me really want to knock items off the list.

I don't know if it's a feasibility or not, but it would be nice to have some sort of hardcover bound version for ease of transport, and ease of looking back on previous days.

Will the physical copies be available outside the US at any point?

If I did so, shipping would cost more than the product itself. That's why I don't offer it. Better bet is to just send off the PDF to your local printer.

I thought the Progress threads can serve that purpose?

We can use the reps and likes as tokens. And you get other feedback LIVE as well. :)

But you could test it out by offering ONE page WITH space to put the game points, and ONE page WITHOUT it. And we see the response! :p

Sometimes, a few hours before I am to do something, I find out that I don't really need to do it at all in the first place.

Could be a meeting or a book you want to read.

Sometimes you don't find out whether 100% the first plans on the checklist work until you are on the field. That's alright...a change of schedule CAN make the difference.

Just thought would mention a gamified goal tracker sheet that have used in past and found productive. Called Concrete Goals Tracker from davidseah.com under his productivity link free pdf.

Hopefully this is the right way to share a resource outside of the forum.

How does fastlane daily planner compare to "The High Performance Planner" I have started using this, its a bit OTT but we don't have to complete everything.

I use these every day.

I can't find it, and the link doesn't work.

A bit of stock clearance is quite healthy for the biz, is it not? :)

For me, I found that I run out of space often, as my handwriting is big. So I went back to just scribbling on the big white space of ordinary planners. I also often reuse old books from school that still have pages in them, instead of throwing them away.
Or maybe using the back of pages in notebooks too, ones that escaped hey?
Me too lol

MJ do the to-do lists come in some type of cover or binder? Or just as individual sheets of paper?
I use a whole puncher for the pages and use a white 375 page binder. I use a sharpie to put the year on the side of the binder

Are they still out of stock?

The link doesn't seem to be working and I would really like to get hold of some physical copies, whilst supporting MJ with a purchase.

Is there any instructions/manual for goal settings in your My Fastlane daily?

How can I use this fast-lane daily planner effectively?

Read the Book, That One Thing.

Your ONE THING (at the top of the planner) is most important.

The side boxes I usually fill out once a week as reminders.

What do we write into "MO#:" and "DAY#:", "By Week #" and "By Mo#" ?
Is it the date or do we count the days/months?

That's if u want to give your goal a specific date/deadline. Optional as is anything on the sheet.

No binder, just sheets of paper. I tend to throw them away after finishing them, but binding them might work for some folks.

Again, the PDF is free if you're an INSIDERS. You can print it up (black and white) or send it off to your printer for the color (light green) copies.
That link that was shared isn't working for a few days, got INSIDERS can someone pelase direct me to how to download the PDF to print.

Thanks in advance.

Hey MJ,

Did you by chance make a gamified version of this?
