Guy starts out with $1 and hustles his way to 1k in a couple of days. Some great lessons on entrepreneurship in general, showing how it's not just a straight line. Rather waves of happyiness and stress.

The kitchen deal was really thinking outside the box, around day 3 or 4 I think.

The only problem with his premise is cost of living. Allowing him to command ridiculous prices for the hot dogs. The other ideas are on par with what you could do elsewhere, though.

How would you make a quick buck in this situation?

Couple of nice lessons and hustle. But can't really see that the groups and psychology studies has anything to do with the $1 though. But doesn't change the fact of hustling the way to a thousand bucks - nice job.

Last month I got back from a long trip and had 50$ left in my life. Deadline to buy a minimum 4-5K car is in October or November.

I’ve turned that 50$ into close to 3000$ in about a month just by flipping and hustling. Wasn’t a week or a few days of work like maybe that guy...but it’s still the most money I’ve made in the shortest amount of time. I had to think outside the box and figure out a way to make myself valuable to people doing this to make this work.

yeah but you live at home I'm assuming...

I’m 19. I don’t have to get my own place yet.

Regardless of if I’m living at home or not, I found a way to survive while I build a business.

Regardless of if I’m living at home or not, I found a way to make $800-$1000 a week minimum hustling instead of getting some minimum wage job and working for someone.

I’m really enjoying saving the extra cash though since I don’t have to pay rent! That is for sure haha.

Are you still selling the products? Haven't see any updates in your progress thread for a while, thought you left....

do you though?
you make $1,000 a week "hustling"?
Are you exaggerating that, because I feel like you are.
You said you made $3,000 in a month....
So $800 x 4 = $3,200
or $1,000 x 4 = $4,000.
but ok, you made $3,000 in a month?

"rather than get a dumb minimum wage job".

Well $1,000 a week is pretty good money. That's $52,000 a year. "hustling" I'm assuming you are making cash? So if it's cash, it's like you're making $75,000 a year, since no tax on cash.

So dude, you're doing amazing.

So are you full of shit? Or are you real deal? And how much time you spend making that $1,000 a week hustling.

So are you full of sh*t? Or are you real deal? And how much time you spend making that $1,000 a week hustling.

What is your problem? "hustling"?

I'm glad you can figure those numbers out man. Yes... 4 X 800$ = 3200$.... and yeah... 4 X 1000$ = 4000$.

Go back and read what I posted. I said I turned 50$ into "close to 3000$". I missed 3K by a few hundred bucks so I made sure I didn't post bs. I'm just now starting since I got back to hit 800-1000$ weeks.

The nice part about this is I don't care if you feel like I'm exaggerating. The op asked "how would you make a quick buck in this situation?" and I shared how I've been doing it. If you think I'm full of sh*t...I'll still be making what I'm making. I've got nothing to sell anyone here.

You probably should get back to starting another useless "I need life advice" thread. I tried looking for a thread you've started that adds any value here...that search ended real fast!

(Edit: Also...I'm confused. Who said anything about a "dumb" minimum wage job? I never said it was dumb...I'm thankful for the ones I've had.)

Are you still selling the products? Haven't see any updates in your progress thread for a while, thought you left....
Hey man! No I'm here for the long run. I'm still selling on Amazon but I'm not too focused on it anymore. The niche I'm in is too seasonal for me personally. I did get sales last year and still am, but for now I'm focused on flipping and want to start my next business up with more cash. I'll be posting about it here when it's time to start the whole process!

Well done! No shame in living at home, plenty of people are in the same boat.

What went into your flipping hustle if you don't mind me asking?

This thread was all I needed to get going. Best guide I’ve ever read on it. @B_Mac has a really good thread (GOLD) on how he made a bunch doing it.
