New member reinvigorated to do more

My name is Dave Thompson I just finished the millionaire fast lane and realized I’ve gotten complacent with my businesses. At 46 I run 2 what I considered to be successful businesses - a rental company with 60 units of my own, and a remodeling company with between 6 and 8 employees (we also flip houses).

I felt like we turned a corner this year and got to the point after 14 years that we were doing well and I think we are. I believe I can build on this success with scale. It’s time to start searching for a large group of units for a great price and use the process I have developed to continue the success.

I am also fortunate that I do love what I do. As I write this I am vacationing with my crew working on a house inland while my family is at the beach and my apartments at humming along. This is unusual for me but I now realize I could take more time like this for the family.
