I know, the title looks like i'm a lazy-a$$ 18 years old boy that preferes to play videogames instead of searching on internet how to get started learning about economy and business... Truth is that i've been searching and lurking(?) around this forum since i got TMF (I guess it's now 3-4 months) and this forum has got really lots and lots of information. Anyway, after i started reading this marvellous book my mind opened up and i started as soon as possible searching courses and tutorials and posts about economy, finance and marketing. I found loads of stuff like khan accademy, 2 good youtubers (i'm not linking i fear it's against the rules) and i actually downloaded almost all the 20 Andy Black's recordings on soundcloud, lol. (I hope this is not a bad thing to do).
As i said, it's all too confusing and i really don't know where to start, i mean, my family is really, really bad with money, we are almost broke... Should i start learning about "microeconomics" or finance for first? Should i stop studying economy and start learning web development and even more programming languages? I don't know... I would be so thankful if some of you could give me even just some hints...
I hope i didn't wasted too much of your time. Thank you for reading, have a nice day.

(As always i'm sorry for my bad english)

P.S I already bought Unscripted and i just started reading it.

Forget "learning". Just help people.

No need to download all 20 of my SoundCloud recordings either. In the very first one I talk about how I "learned to build a website" by finding a friend who needed my help.

Without turning you into a consumer, read the first post in the 700+ PMs post linked to in my signature. There's a couple of videos at the end of that post.

Just go and help someone.

You don't need to be an expert.

You don't need to learn more to help someone this week.

Thank you so much for replying and for the advice... I downloaded the recordings so that i can listen to them while in the bus or while going to places, i'm starting to get obsessed with time, i don't want to waste more of it, i already wasted 10 years... However honestly i have no skill that could help someone, but i'll try to find something...

Like Andy said, focus on helping people.
The best way to learn is just throw yourself out there, and learn what you have to learn to get the task done, and keep repeating that. Many fall i to the trap of analysis paralysis. They learn and learn, and never get started because they want to learn everything 100% so they don't fail....but failing is how you learn.
If you said, hey I want to build a website for this pizza shop down the street that doesnt have a website.
You would google, how to build a website. Cool, then google, how to add menu items. Then you say i need to get more traffic, then you figure that out.

You dont have to learn anything except how to google.

Dont overthink it, you really dont need expert skills...Just START.
Do you have anything in your house you dont need?
Start an ebay store and sell it on Ebay. Congrats, you took your first step in Ecomm.

Thank you too ^^
Got it... I guess i really don't have to do anything fancy about studying economy for now then? But yeah i think i'll keep studying programming stuff then...

Edit--...
Yes i have some stuff but it's like "old stuff" like, who does even need a PS3 anymore :/
I got the point tho

Listening while on a bus is good. I do the same. Just beware confusing yourself with even more things you think you need to learn.

Course you can help someone this week. You can hold a door open for someone. You can help someone with their shopping. You can mow a lawn, tell someone about TFLF, run an errand, introduce someone to someone else, etc.

I couldn't believe this when I saw this. I just read TMF recently and am halfway through UNSCRIPTED and I already noticed a problem that needed solving ... a local pizza place down the road a minute from my house with an awful website that looks like it was made in half an hour. Bare HTML with the white background. I've been taking Fox's recommended courses and am just about done and ready to head over and help them out. Crazy!

Problem is i have almost no friends. But i think one of my neighbors need help with a pc, lol... But yep as i said i'll try to... I just have some questions about uhm, the future, like, shouldn't i always help people? Whilst doing it shouldn't i do something to increase my possibility to offer value? I mean, as i said i know almost nothing about economy and programming...
