Hi,

My name is Ron Dayley and I am a realtor in Clarksville TN. I invest in mostly commercial properties which I run MMA gyms out of. I am here to read and learn from others.

Regards,
Ron

Welcome Ron. Im not too far away by my standards. Just a bit north of you in Louisville Kentucky.

Curious your thoughts on this...

Do you think MMA around to stay? Or more of a trend? And is your business model dependent on it?

Sometimes I wonder if it is like how poker became popular, and then kinda faded out (after the online busts.)

Genuinely interested in your expert opinion. (My opinion on the industry is pretty much irrelevant since I haven't followed it for awhile.)

Welcome aboard, great to have another "doer" on the board.

I started my first gym in 1997 so I don't think it's a trend but it is still evolving. The rules have and still are changing but as a sport, it's going to be around for a long time. We teach BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wresting, conditioning... which all blend into our "style" of MMA.
