That was my publisher's doing, so I can't take credit or tell anyone how to do it.
He has submitted all four of my books, with two of them accepted but only in a free promotion, and the other two pushed back. Since I happen to believe each is better than the last, it's a mystery to me.But I think someone posted a link to BB's blog post about it above, and I'd recommend the read. I do know, that although they say they don't have a specific standard for reviews, having a dozen or more with a high average rating helps. And unless you're going to do a free promotion, a substantial discount is required. Also, they might accept your book for a free ad when they won't for just a discount, but you have to wait for 30 days to resubmit it (I think).
