I’ve published a free Custom GPT that helps with early-stage business evaluation and planning.
It’s meant for people who are still in the phase of testing ideas, evaluating niches, and deciding what is actually worth building. Looking back, having a tool like this at that stage would have helped me avoid several wrong assumptions and unnecessary detours.
I often see posts like “this is my first idea, I don’t know if I should do it or not”, so I thought it might make sense to share this here.
You can start with either a niche or a concrete business idea. The GPT then works with real constraints: budget, available time, pricing assumptions. From there, it evaluates the idea using principles that should be familiar to most people here, including CENTS-style thinking.

What makes it different from a normal ChatGPT conversation:
It doesn’t just respond once and leave you there. It actively guides you through the decision process, asks follow-up questions when something is unclear, separates assumptions from facts, and keeps pushing toward a concrete next step. The goal is not thinking about ideas longer, but moving toward a decision and actual action.
The focus is intentionally narrow: no fluff, no motivation talk, no “follow your passion” logic. Unlike normal ChatGPT chats, it doesn’t drift into endless ideation or abstract advice. It keeps pushing toward a decision and next steps.
The GPT is free to use. You need ChatGPT Plus (or higher) to use it properly. The free version can use it as well in theory, but i wouldn't recommend it, because it needs permanent thinking mode for reliable results-
It’s primarily designed in German, but it works without issues if you simply write in English.
