I was not able to convert any sales of my product due to bad landing page and marketing.
But after doing some adjustments I was finally able to convert some sales!
But there is a new problem - production.
Producing the product requires 3D printing, sanding, clipping pressure springs to the correct length manually, gluing the mat, testing the product then finally packaging it (then shipping them!).
This takes a full week for me to do and it is exhausting.
I didnt create a business, I created a job for myself.
This violates the CENTS framework which disables me to earn money while not being present.
I looked into outsourcing the manufactoring but it is way to expensive at 60 dollars per product (because of it's complexity) and the customer pays 41 dollars.
I have also looked into human resource system but it is complicated to get a stranger in my house (I produce it at home).
I am considering doing a saas business instead where I provide a digital product instead but I am curious to hear your thoughts first.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to turn a physical product business into fastlane where I can stay absent with no problem?
