Ten months ago, I launched my brand of healthy snacks at 19, with €100 in my pocket and no network.
My first product was an organic hot-air popcorn (no oil used during cooking), the only one available in France.
Since then, the adventure has progressed considerably. I have my own premises, industrial production equipment, a growing network, and I'm about to sign a contract with the largest organic store franchise in France; I talk about this in more detail in my INSIDERS feed.
I've made very little revenue so far, but I've laid a solid foundation for the future of the project.
My goal is to reach 80 points of sale by spring 2026.
Today, I wanted to show you my production/storage space.
In the decoration section, you'll find: my packaging, the first machine I started with, a press article about me, and most importantly, a frame with a message from @heavy_industry
When I made my first production, after several months of delays and many obstacles, I posted it on the forum. I received this message from a guy whose views and perspectives on entrepreneurship and life in general I really appreciated.
This message was a real turning point for me. I realized that I was capable of launching a project, despite the difficulties I faced (too young, too poor, no network, etc.) and that I might not be an imposter; in short, that I might have a world to conquer.
Receiving this kind of message of advice and encouragement from GMs and seasoned members really motivated me to see the project through to completion.
Sometimes in my daily activities, I say to myself, "I'm going to make the forum guys proud with this small victory."
It was (and still is) a real game changer.
Even though I don't have time to log in every day, having the support of the forum makes all the difference for my business and me.
No one has ever given me better advice than you.
Each of your messages, whether positive or not, can have a real impact on the lives of users.
In less than a year, I went from a kid searching for meaning and a project to a small entrepreneur who has built the foundations of his life.
