I don’t know what I’m doing, honestly. Somehow I’m discussing numbers with multiple white label toothpaste manufacturers. Lol.
As a dad, it’s essential to me that my kids grow up in the healthiest environment possible, free from harmful foods, products, or substances they don’t need. And because I have a restless, inquisitive mind, I tend to dive into rabbit holes of information that most practical people wouldn’t bother with, and often outside my domain.
So ended up with a pretty detailed plan of developing a brand of kids toothpaste with the help of our friend AI, and it doesn’t seem all that crazy, it also doesn’t help that it's biased af and likes to cater so much.
In essence I think I've identified a need, the market is mature and growing, scaling wouldn't be problem, leaves entry and control which I think just boils down to branding and marketing.
I'm in the EU that would be the target market first.
Problems are what to do next:
So my only real expenses would be setting up a company, website, ads and the samples. Should be legal according to AI.
How would I distribute to stores? Or eventually export into other countries?
Again not even sure what I'm doing but it feels good, any advice in general?

Problems are what to do next:
- manufacturer I would like to go with has MOQ 30 000 units which is too much for me, waiting for a response
- manufacturer might be outside EU so I'll have to import it as well
- other than launching an online shop and start ads I have no idea how to distribute
