Hello everyone, my name is Vincent, I’m 55 years old and I live in Belgium.
Background: I started my career as a teacher for 5 years before becoming a private banker and later a Family Office manager. Since 2008, I’ve been self-employed. In 2017, I left the world of finance to move into real estate development in Luxembourg. With the current major real estate crisis, I am now considering a partial reorientation of my activities.
Current projects:
Personal reflections: At 55, I am at a crossroads. Reading your books has made me reflect a lot on my past practices, where I often enriched my clients while devoting an enormous amount of my own time. Since then, I have been searching for the right formula to build more sustainable and scalable projects… but I still feel like I’m going in circles without finding the key.

In 2017, I left the world of finance to move into real estate development in Luxembourg. With the current major real estate crisis, I am now considering a partial reorientation of my activities.
Current projects:
- Real estate and construction – I’ve been active for several years in real estatedevelopment in Luxembourg, but today I am facing a major and unprecedented real estatecrisis that is pushing me to consider leaving this field altogether.
- Sanctuaire de Saint-Jacques – a few years ago, I purchased a 6-hectare forest for which I obtained a permit to build 14 cabins. At this stage, I have two options: either sell the project with its permit, or develop it by modifying the permit to evolve toward a more nature-oriented and exclusive concept. It is a rare opportunity located in an exceptional environment, but I also fear that such a project could become too time-consuming. I had also considered the idea of a natural drink made from plants and trees in the forest, but I have no experience in this field and I question the real relevance of such an initiative.
- AI training (ChatGPT) for SMEs – I have identified strong demand from small businesses, especially in construction, for targeted training that helps them save time. My current dilemma is choosing between one-to-one sessions, easier to sell but not scalable, and group training, more profitable but difficult with this type of audience that often lacks availability.
