I ate 7 raw eggs with frozen cherries and strawberries in a blender for breakfast this morning. And 3 slices of bacon. It kept me feeling awesome and full for about 8 hours. It took me 2 minutes to blend up, a few to drink, and like 30 seconds to clean up. I wish I discovered doing this years ago! I am on about day 6 of this so far and it is great.
There is a local Hutterite place that sells eggs at a few grocery stores around me, they are the only ones I can eat now. If anyone in my house eats a "regular" egg they think it tastes absolutely foul. My kids won't eat other eggs now. Between the kids, my wife and myself, we go through on average about 13 eggs a day. Seems like a lot, but if you think about it on a cost basis (even for fancy eggs), its like half the price of eating anything else, and still cheaper than eating garbage fast food breakfasts.
If I had a bigger fridge I would go straight to the farm and buy a whole months worth at a time, but unfortunately my fridge is so small I can only fit 8 18-packs in there, so that's what I buy every time I go to the grocery store.
Oh, and I am eating the largest meals I ever have in my life these days, and my weight keeps dropping. As close to zero junk food in my diet as I can get, other than the occasional ice cream in the summer. I am down 8lbs from my weight last summer, and I have literally done about 1/6th the biking this year. I have only hit the mountains an abysmal 3 times this year so far. Last year I was doing 3 times a week.
