16, middle class and trying to be a millionaire, specifically, the first in my family

I'm a young guy who wants to be a millionaire. I'm looking for advice from anyone who's become the first millionaire in their family, but didn't strictly start from the poorest of upbringings nor the wealthiest of upbringings. I'm talking dead average, house in the suburbs, two cars, and nuclear family. I know a lot of stories are incredibly inspirational on this forum about how people went from zero to multiple zeros after a digit above 0, but I don't really see many stories for us middle class guys, who also have dreams and aspirations of breaking that final barrier, not just for themselves, but also for their family. Of course, the reason I ask this is that in most stories, people don't have much to lose in poverty and eventually capitalize on their strengths or weaknesses in a system to make crazy wealth. But for us middle class, very young guys, there is familial prestige to lose (not saying other people don't have prestige, but I feel it hits middle class families the hardest). Anyhow, just looking for help from someone who's made it from a similar starting position to mine, middle class, and very young. I think I'm rambling now, but I just want to add that when I say middle class, I'm just trying to convey a general idea rather than a set one.
