Hey!

For the past few months, we have been building a B2B SaaS.

It is is a subscription-based product and we provide our clients with weekly curated insights on their competitors from layoffs and new hires to market entries and changes in pricing. Our key advantage is that we use 80+ data sources for aggregating the data and have built some proprietary data in the process.

Currently, we have gained customers purely organically through our LinkedIn connections, friends, investors, etc. We have reached $1000+ MRR. We are receiving great feedback from our current clients, which we use to improve our product.

While we were gaining clients organically, we could afford not to spend time on marketing but build a more efficient product. Now, however, the organic growth is not enough to scale rapidly. So, my question is... What now?

We don't want to start running paid ads yet, so what other options do I have? Cold emails? Newsletters? A blog? We have also tried Product Hunt, but that has not been going well, although we only just started.

What do you think could be the most efficient way to promote our specific product? Our goal would be to reach $5K MRR in the next two months or so (we have not done any marketing yet, so that's not too big of a reach).

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

Have you considered creating video content for social media ? Tik-Tok, Youtube, Twitter, even Linked-in. Even if you pivot to facebook ads you can use video for those ads as well.

Who's your ICP?

Use a tool like SparkToro to see where they hang out and focus your marketing efforts there.

No one here could possibly tell you which channel to invest in. You'll need to discover that on your own.

That's a good start. Can you get that LinkedIn audience to help get you in front of new people on LinkedIn?

We have reached $1000+ MRR.
Well done.

We are receiving great feedback from our current clients, which we use to improve our product.
Are you getting testimonials and making use of them?

My first thought is to try and scale what's already working.

How can new clients bring more new clients for instance?

What flywheels can you create?
