I wonder which online / offline tools do you use while managing your clients orders, tracking them, preparing quotes, tracking purchases from your vendor etc.
Do you use different softwares or one for all?
As a physical product selling business owner, I use Zoho CRM to track sales and prepare quotes also Dropbox and Google docs and also excel to keep my inventory updated.
