Where to get "Terms of Use" or "Disclaimer" written?

I'm just wondering if you guys write up these two parts for your websites, or you get someone to professional write them out for you?

If so, where do you hire these people?

I wrote it myself but I rewrite it very often to make sure that everything is clear and that I'm removed from any liability.

It's much safer to have a legal consultation.

Create Free Privacy Policy

Not sure about Terms and Conditions but as far as Privacy policy, just answer a series of questions about your business and it generates a privacy policy for you. However, (to agree with The-J) on my site, I had an attorney review to make sure that it was legit and I was covered.

I find competing sites and rewrite their terms and privacy to fit my sites.

I used Rocketlawyer dot com for my Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It was during a trial period, so I got a great deal.
