Where Do You See Opportunity?

The Real Estate and Stock Markets are showing a lack of clear and orderly behavior. Thought patterns of Investors collectively, are erratic. This would seem to be the best posible time to scour both Markets for hidden "Gems". I am eagerly interested in learning if the members of this forum are seeing buying opportunities either domestically or globally. Are you buying or selling or waiting for further fallout or has the worst part of the storm gone by? Where are the opportunities or islands of opportunity? Last what kind of financial strategy will you be using to position yourself.

Berkshire Hathaway has had several mentions in these forums, last week this stock was at $4200.00 down from $5059.00 on the B shares.Today Berkshire Hathaway is at $4600.00, still 9% below the all time high .
In Real Estate Fort Myers Florida seems to be holding great bargains for those with courage.
