Hey fellow Fastlane forum member, hope you're having a great day. If you have the time I have two very simple questions that could help me better understand how to help busy professionals like yourself lead a happier and healthier life :)

1. As an entrepreneur, what are the two biggest issues you deal with when it comes to staying in shape?

2. Regarding your Health / Fitness, what would you wish for more than anything else?

Thank you so much in advance, and I'm looking forward to reading your answers!

Sincerely,
- Davon

Temptation: My business has brought me a better financial situaion. Spending my money on food and drink isnt a big deal. As a result I find myself treating myself whenever. Something interesting in the the grocery stores? Ill buy it and try it. A bottle of liquor to enhance my entertainment experience? Why not
Unfortunately it doesn't to alot for my health, as I have been gaining weight. Whenever I try to get bakc into working out, a new food opportunity (that sounds terrible) arises and I give in.

Fatigue from exercise daily in the morning. I feel that I need more rest time after exercise and feel slightly too sleepy to work.
