Greetings to the top guns and young guns of the fast lane forum!

What is your strong defense?
When I say "strong defense" I mean how did you manage your headwinds?
Do you have a frame work on it? especially if it's a family member, close friend, relative etc.

And how about your strong offense?
How do you attack business? Do you attack it recklessly or you build first the momentum needed to develop a big attack that will destroy your enemy's soul and then deliver it like a thunder bolt?

You're talking in very idealistic terms, but if I were to summarize, it's very akin to Stoic philosophy.

Take a step back from a situation (or when someone gives you advice) and analyze it. Is it ultimately helpful? Will it help me reach my goals? Does this detract from the situation that I want to change?

Take a step forward from the situation. Does it work? Has it changed the outcome in your favor? What did you do wrong? What did you do right? What do you learn from this? Can you take another? Is this feasibly changeable?

These are some of the questions you want to put yourself in either scenario. But seriously, cool it with the neo-dramatic speak.

What is your strong defense?
When I say "strong defense" I mean how did you manage your headwinds?
I understand that all my perceived problems and adversity are happening in my imagination.
With this knowledge I can decide how I can react when things don't go the way I expected, and manage my stress levels.

I always resort to calmly executing the daily process, as I know that it will eventually lead to victory.

And how about your strong offense?
How do you attack business?
I have a very clear vision, and I am mentally insane, which means that I will not stop until I get exactly the results that I want out of life.

@MTF 's profile picture explains it pretty well.
