The best way of acquiring skills is to experience them in real life. Get out into the world and work on those skills.
The best skills that can help entrepreneurs throughout their journey can be sales, marketing, communication (as you mentioned), leadership, and most importantly, problem-solving.

Practice, practice, practice!!!!! Get out and do it. You'll start out by trying different plans and skill sets. As you get better, you'll focus on specific skill sets. If you read, get some books and try out actually doing what they say. You don't gain business skills sitting on your couch or playing video games.

And always keep in mind that humans don't like to do things where they don't excel. Keep trying until you get good at what you are learning. Then it will become fun.

The best skills are people skills. That includes selling, marketing, and creating leads. I've heard others say that they have problems getting along with people. Who are they going to get along with? Monkeys? Running a business is based on attracting people and then serving them. Since you must first get people's attention, what can you do to make yourself and your business magnetic?
