You can do this with the right job. Same general idea with a job or as a consultant/agency. Learn a skill and network. Make yourself relatively valuable.

I already did, but I think that I couldn't make a living out of Fiver Freelancing or Upwork

I didn't say to necessarily use Fiverr or Upwork. Pick a skill to offer and go rustle up some clients. Maybe check out the Inbound/Sales thread in my signature.

It seems like you're boxing yourself up. Anyways, there should be many threads on here about creating a service from just your laptop. Go to the site nav, click on high value topics, and scroll to see what thread suits your need

I started out many years ago looking for jobs that paid you to travel. I worked as a tour manager for special events and was paid to drive around the country working along the way and getting to see many parts of the country. You can also look for crew work, driving jobs, look into becoming a pilot while you work on fastlane ideas. It took me several years of keeping my jobs and working on my side hustles in order to make those side hustles the main thing. Sometimes taking a job is the right path in the short term to see if it is truly what you want to do or not.
