Free registration at the forum removes this block.I don't like this new years, arbitrary number BS. Really? You are going to wait until a number changes on a calendar to make some improvement on your life?
I am sorry, but people who think this way will probably never achieve their goals and will no doubt break their little resolutions.
If you know of an improvement on your life but want to wait until some special date to start, you are only fooling yourself.
Not calling you out sean, just how I feel.
sell more!!!
I want to get my product into at least one new retail location every week. As the year progresses I will get sales help to bump that number to five new locations every week.
C'mon Sean, you just can't start a thread like this and not provide yours first! The title says it all. Best of luck to everyone
But you just did anyway! (and I agree with your for the most part)Not calling you out sean
And it also affects your business from a tax-planning perspective. You can buy equipment with some deductions, you can invest in certain things and not in others, etc, etc, etc.A new year shouldn't be required to get things moving, but i believe it does help lay out a makeshift plan.
How much more?sell more!!!
Wow, this is a very aggressive goal!I want to get my product into at least one new retail location every week.

How much more?
How are you gonna get there?
How are you gonna get those new clients, or get your repeated clients to buy more?
Are you going to track your progress by day, week, month, quarter? Compare to the same period from 2012 and other previous years?
I will probably share details in the INSIDERS section for mine.
I'm a babe in the woods as far as working with retailers, so I'm not sure what an aggressive target is. Maybe I've got an advantage not knowing this is hard!Wow, this is a very aggressive goal!
How are you going to find these new stores and get them to agree to take your product?
Would it make sense to work with just a few retailers and see how to increase volume?
This stays close to the vest for now. I will probably open up about it on the inside after a few months, but no promises.Would you mind sharing your product?
Cool but vague.Develop a stronger will power!
Wow, pretty aggressive!* Owner finance (lease option, master lease, land contract, multiple mortgage, sub to[a little afraid of sub to still]) 20 homes and lease option them out for an average of $200 above monthly financing
* Wholesale 20 homes for an average of $3000 per
By the end of 2013 I will:
- Have a net worth of at least $1M
- Sell the condo, and be in a new home that has room for a home office
- Replace my wife's and my cars with late-model (though not necessarily brand new) luxury vehicles
- Be moved into an office suite for myself and my partner
- Have acquired my first manufacturing business
I hope to also to attain a very basic grasp on at least one foreign language, and find time to get back into practicing my guitar.
Probably the reason is that you are giving them too much time to overthink it and then they talk to somebody who tells them the deal sucks, blah blah blah... At least that's what was happening to me years ago when I tried this.unless it somehow falls through, which seems to happen about 1/2 the time with me for some reason
Cool goal!Have a net worth of at least $1M
You mean your commission will be $500K? (euro or dollars, by the way?) How does your commission work? 10% of net annual lease? something like that?produce 500k in office leasing commissions and establish contacts to move into investment sales next year
