What are the best resources to learn about building an E-Commerce Messenger?

I am currently unable to progress with building my “chatbot” or my favorite term ”Social Sales System”. I have learned a lot from the ManyChat course, however I am still having difficulty building my Social Sales System for E-Commerce.


Does anyone have suggestions for building an effective E-Commerce bot? I would appreciate any wisdom, articles, templates, case studies or resources that can assist. Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to your replies!

What is your overall objective with using a chatbot?

At the moment my goal is to test out the chatbot and see what templates work the best. I intend to follow the commandment of SUCS and deliver a chatbot that is humorous, helpful and communicates with the same vernacular as my demographic..
