For the past few months I have be lamenting the fact that I don't have a lot of extra time to build up an internet business. (Well, multiple streams of income is the actual goal.) 60 hours a week at the job, a wife, and 2 small kids..

Well, somehow I managed to completely shred the labrum in my right shoulder in August, and worked with it like that until a few weeks ago. On Monday I had surgery and the doctor had to cut out the labrum and connect the top of my bicep to anchors that are screwed into the shoulder joint.

So now I have plenty of time to construct my escape plan. I have no excuse not to make something happen. My goal is to never have to go back to "WORK". I have 6 months of rehab on the arm.

I will keep this thread updated with the things I am doing to keep me accountable. I'm on Percocet right now so excuse any ramblings or spelling mistakes.

How did you injure your shoulder? Oh wait, let me guess. You were lifting weights at the gym?

Between jet setting on my yacht, and salsa dancing I like to go work out at the gym with all my free time.

Honestly I have no idea how it got hurt. It's probably the lack of going to the gym and strengthening my deltoids that did it.
