Website template for brokerage services

Hi everybody.
I am now negotiating with two potential partners to set up a special kind of brokerage service. Unfortunately, I am not at liberty to disclose the details at this point in time.

Since we intend to start the business on a small budget I am wondering if you can recommend a low-cost website template-based package for brokerage. Provided the possible photos and texts which are incorporated in the design of the site can be changed by us, it can be a package that is normally used for real estate brokerage.
I am also thinking about using a datingsite template for our purpose.
