So my first Idea was to build a Saas but that is easier said than Done. I see it like that. You can win big with Saas but you are most likely gonna lose. I am thinking about starting a Website Development + SEO Optimization Agency because Services are much easier to start with. My Goal is to make 300K + yearly consistent so for that purpose a Service business is much more likely to work out. If the Service Business is doing well i could take the profits and invest in some type of saas product. I know that products have a much higher ceiling but the game is much harder and i lack the skills and resources. MJ said that every Mountain is the same height but the rewards are different but in this case the saas Mountain is A LOT bigger. I think starting an agency gaining skills + Knowledge and then changing to saas is the better strategy than starting with saas right off the bat. Do you agree ? Is there Something i Forgot about ?
