SItuation is like this:

I have a web application for people that wants to create home budget and keep track of their expenses (I am Software Engineer and I needed such application for personal use)
After few years of development it is publicly available, I am making some content on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) about this app to attract users, but I'm not getting any feedback, neither positive nor negative

I was thinking about talking with, you know, family, friends, neighbours but I'm afraid that they will not be objective.

What are your thoughts about this?

This is a red flag.
I would caution you against developing anything for too long without getting real validation (aka customers).
Real validation comes from a person other than your friend or family that is willing to fork over some money.
You don't need feedback (well you do, but...)
You need to try and sell it, or sell a service that runs parallel with what your app does.

ps. This is the mistake I made for years...building things in isolation and then when near completion attempting to figure out the money side. The money side needs to come first.

That's 100% correct. Been there, done that. It's quite useless, except if they fall into your target audience. But even then, they most likely won't tell you the truth, if you product sucks.

I would avoid them.

In my past products, I've implemented a feedback form. My users (paid as well as free ones) were able to report bugs, what they like about my application, what they didn't, feature requests, etc.

No one every told me, besides reviews, that they are happy with everything my software does. Instead, they were complaining. This is exactly what I wanted (I use this information for my "newest" application) and it basically shapes the destiny of my product. I don't know anyone of them. They are 100% my target audience, so they are most likely objective as they don't give a f*** about my feelings. The only thing they want is value (through my software) in exchange for their money. Not more, not less.
