Hey everyone!
A few of us friends on the forum have been planning how to make this a crazy good end to the year.
We have written plans and accountability to each other. We are making it happen!
This is part of our plan. We’d love you to join!
It’s also incredibly easy to start.
Choose something to reach towards any goal you want. Do it for 30 days. That’s it : )
30 day challenge where you do one good thing, the same good thing, every day.
We’ll go Oct 20 - Nov 18.
This literally could be anything helpful to you!
Some of you already have such amazing routines to your days that you might not need anything extra.
In that case, maybe it gives you the rush and excitement of trying something new!
Others are struggling to feel accomplished or feel a lack of control.
This would be cool to try as it can give you both, depending on how challenging you make it.
Here’s a quick sample list of ideas:
I’m going with the say ‘No’ to a waste of time action or treat that doesn’t work towards my goals. After completing a few of other challenges this year, it strikes me as being different to those. Excited to see if it’s awesome, easy, difficult, or even transfers into other areas of life where saying no is a very useful skill.
The sample list is far from all-inclusive!
Choose anything you want and you can keep it private or post here and we can all share ideas!
